"Prestigia appears to be a fraud"
Prestigia appears to be a fraud. The very first time I tried it, I agreed to pay $583 for a hotel but my credit card was charged $690. Amazingly, my registration confirmation did not even show an amount charged. So I had to take photos of my credit card charge and to recreate the screen with the $583 on it to notify Prestigia of their error. Customer service told me that they would correct it but many days and one unanswered follow up email later, they appear to be ignoring me. These guys are not to be trusted!

It was very good. Only thing was I had a hard time adjusting the number of people/kids per room. We will have to adjust it the resort.

"Reservation got cancelled after payment and rebooking was double the price"
we booked and payed two rooms - the other day I received a message from prestigia that our rooms were cancelled.

I could rebook the rooms but for the double of the price which is absolutely ridiculous and very disappointing.

I will never book with them again.

(I received the refund quite fast, therefore 1 star)

"No problem whatsoever"
No problem whatsoever. I was a bit worried because I didn't get a confirmation immediately - only after around 30h since booking but it all went fine. I even confirmed with the hotel directly that they go my reservation and they indeed got it. Very satisfied.

"Issue with payment"
System Said payment didn’t go through, so I tried again, same thing, then again only to find out my credit card was debited 3 times- I have since cancelled 2 of the 3 bookings but have to wait 3-5 business days for refund

"It is absolutely terrible experience"
It is absolutely terrible experience. I did a alot of research and booked a luxury hotel A in China from USA, planning to spend quality time with my parents (I haven't seen them for four years due to pandemic).
I got confirmation email from prestigia with all the information correctly listed and prestigia charged my creditcardqith full amount. We flew more than 30 hours with our daughter (4years old) and finally got to hotel A. My parents in their early seventies also got there.
This is where the nightmare happened. The front desk said there is no record of my booking. They asked me to call Prestigia. A representative took the call and said they will check on it.About 45 minutes later (during that time, we had to comfort a fussy pre schooler, and kept an eye on my dad who is easily tired wirh heart conditions),the prestigia told me that they booked the wrong hotel and told me I have two options: one to get refund or go to the other hotel!
We have 5 large pieces luggages alreadyin the lobby, one never stop moving frustrated preschooler, aged parents, and me and my husband all jetlagged and extremely tired (after30 hours internationaltravel). We can't move to another hotel! Plus I have done so much research to choose the original hotel because I know my family will like it and we deserve it since we haven't seen each other in 4 years!!!
It was absolutely Prestigia's fault (I have my confirmation email to prove) and they were not even trying to help me out in finding a satisfactory solution.
This is by far the worst booking experience I have had with any platform! I would tell everyone I know about this experience.

I am about to book the fairmont waterfront, vancouver, canada for apr 7-12 (2 rooms) as your advertised price is so much lower than others. my questions are, will there be other charges at the time of checking in or out at the hotel and, given the negative reviews how can i be sure that my reservation is 100% confirmed and at the price i pay in your site? thanks nigel
