I booked a hotel through Prestigia, the room looked almost exactly like the photos online. Even the little details, like the bedding and the layout by the window, were the same. No tricky angles or unexpected surprises when we walked in. What we saw was pretty much what we got, so I was really happy with it.

The cancellation info was clear, which I appreciated. I was kind of expecting to have to dig around for it, because that’s usually how these things go, but it was laid out in a way that made sense. I skimmed through it, got what I needed, and didn’t really have to overthink it

"Pretty easy to use overall"
I used Prestigia to look for a hotel and it was simple to get around. I found what I needed without much hassle, and checking dates and using the filters was easy enough. The hotel pages were clear too, so the booking part didn’t feel confusing. I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple pages loaded a bit slow for me, and I had to go back once to fix some details. Not a huge deal, just could be a little smoother. Overall though, it was a good experiance.

I booked through prestigia.com the payment part went really smoothly. My card was accepted right away, and the confirmation email came through fast. No strange double charges or annoying delays, which I always worry about with booking sites. I took off one star because the page loaded a bit slowly for me, though maybe I’m just being a little picky or my connection wasn’t great at the time.

I booked through Prestigia and the main thing I appreciated was that the fees and taxes were already shown before I checked out. With some of these sites you get all the way to the end and suddenly there’s extra stuff added on, but that didn’t happen here. The total I saw was what I ended up paying, which made the whole thing feel a lot less annoying. I’d probably use it again.

I tried using a couple of promo codes at checkout. One of them worked the first time, but the other one just wouldn’t go through no matter what I did. I probably spent around 5 or 10 minutes messing with it before giving up.

"Booking was okay, but mobile need work"
I booked a hotel on Prestigia from my phone and overall it was fine. The site loaded okay, but some pages was kinda slow when I tried changing the dates. The filters are helpful, but on mobile they are a bit annoying to use. I had to go back a couple times because some stuff didn’t open right. Price was good and the booking went through without any big problem, so I can’t complain too much. Just feel like the mobile version need some fixing to make it easier.

Customer support did help me sort out my booking issue in the end, but it took longer than I was expecting. I was feeling a bit pressured because I needed it fixed quickly, so waiting on replies made the whole thing more stressful. They were polite and easy enough to deal with, I just wish they had responded a little faster

I booked through prestigia i was a little unsure at first. Maybe I was overthinking it, but I always get nervous entering payment info on sites I haven’t used much. I had a problem with my booking details and, my first thought was, great, here we go, this is going to be a headache. I was a bit stressed at first, but I contacted Prestigia and they got back to me faster than I expected. The support person actually checked everything properly and helped sort it out without making the whole thing feel overly complicated. There was a little bit of back and forth, but in the end it got fixed, and I could finally stop worrying about it. Overall, a good experience.
